hapi regularly assists developers with off-plan sales and rental forecasts prior to construction – often prior to acquisition – to help developers appraise their development sites.
This allows us to help to create value in sites, to make schemes viable, and to help with development funding applications and exit plans.
site visits & client meetings
Site visits are crucial to our business – it is the best way to connect with clients and be able to show them the area and answer any questions directly, forming better connections. We don’t require show apartments to be able to host visits for clients.
We are experienced in selling and meeting clients on-site face-to-face. Allowing our development partners to focus on the build and delivery of projects.
owner occupier sales
We are specialists in owner-occupier off-plan sales. Off-plan in city centres is dominated by landlord and investment sales, which our sister company does very well. However hapi is one of the market’s only, and leading, specialists in off-plan owner-occupier sales.
This side of selling can be argued as the most important part to get right, particularly in larger schemes, as we know buildings need to have a good blend of owners and landlords to really work.
Along with help-to-buy and similar schemes, we are dedicated to delivering sales to owners and helping breathe life into the buildings with the communities they bring with them.
completion & handover
The best, but often most critical, part of the development is completion. We have a dedicated progressions team, who liaise with solicitors and buyers in the lead up to completion; while our sales manages manage the physical completion and meeting clients for handover.
When combining this with our rental team we offer a seamless completion for developers and buyers.
